Q: What's the fee on the giving?
A: Good news, our new giving platform has lower processing fees than our previous one, and there is no monthly or annual fee to use the service. The following are the fees associated with the online giving:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 2.3% processing rate + $0.30 transaction fee
• ACH (Bank Account): 1% processing rate + $0.00 transaction fee

To avoid paying processing fees, you can choose to give by cash or check.

Q: How do I get a year-end giving statement?
A: Be sure that Butler Community Church has your email address.  We will send out year-end giving statements electronically to that address.

Q: Can I give a recurring gift through guest giving?
A; No, for security reasons, you will only be able to give a recurring gift if you have a donor profile. To learn more about recurring gifts, click here.

Q: Will my card information be saved if I give as a guest?
A; No, your information will be saved only if you have a donor profile.
