Our Lead Pastor is Scott Snyder.  Scott grew up in nearby Trotwood, Ohio and later attended Miami University graduating with a degree in secondary science education.  Alicia, his wife, grew up in Butler Township and graduated from Vandalia Butler High School. The two were married in 2001, and for the first few years of their marriage they lived in Middletown, Ohio. In 2003, they moved to Butler Township and began planting roots in this community. They have four children - Kali, Kaydie, Korey, and Karter.  Anyone who meets the Snyder family quickly sees their contagious fervor for caring for and connecting with their neighbors and school community.
 
Pastor Scott worked as a science teacher for 15 years when God called him to full time ministry.  He enjoys playing tennis, coaching, running, traveling with his family, and cracking bald jokes. However, his greatest passion is seeing people grow in their faith and live out God’s calling on their lives.  

His favorite question to ask others is “Who is Jesus to you?,”  and his favorite answer to that question is this:
“Jesus is my Lord and Savior and Friend.”
